YOU MAY COPY THIS BY USING YOUR PRINTER...Simply, Left click and Highlight only the STC.  Then File, Print and chose Selection.  This will print ONLY the STC.

For Years Pulsar was considered by the FAA-FSDO, a "MINOR" alteration, because it is.  So Pulsar was installed as a LOG-BOOK entry.  Then in 1989 I applied for an "STC" two years latter in 1991, and Thousands of dollars, I (AvTek) was awarded the above STC.  Pulsar still can be installed as a "MINOR" installation.   An STC is a "MUST" for a "MAJOR" Alteration.  Pulsar is clearly NOT a "MAJOR" alteration.  A Minor alteration MUST BE logged into the aircraft "AIRFRAME" log book prior to the first flight.  STC is NOT required for a "MINOR" alteration /installation. FAR's 21.93  & 21.111
